All homeowners: If you have looked around the neighborhood you
can tell by the condition of many lawns that we have not had a lot of rain lately. It is definitely the time of year
when we all need to make sure we are promoting healthy lawns through fertilization and watering twice a week. This
weekend take a minute to check your irrigation and make sure timers are set properly and that all sprinkler heads are working
and watering green space not concrete. The watering restrictions in place allow odd numbered home addresses to water
on Wednesdays and Saturday and even numbered home addresses to water on Thursdays and Sundays. We have passed the
start of daylight savings time, when changing batteries is recommended, so if you didn't change the battery in your irrigation
timer do so now. We all need do our part in ensuring that our community is well kept. It is much more costly to
replace a dead lawn than it is to water when needed. Just below is a link that will give you tips for taking care of
your lawn throughout the year.
